Untied

🧐 We were chasing somewhere fun in Barangaroo and came across Untied with rooftop vibes, good cocktails, and a bottomless drink option that lets you build your own adult slurpees. Say no more.

🌴 It’s a sun-drenched rooftop that feels like a tropical playground. Colourful, relaxed, a bit cheeky kinda like being on holiday without leaving the city.

👋🏼 Staff were upbeat and very sweet they just wanted us to have a great time. They explained how the slurpee situation worked and gave great recs on mixers and add ins.

🍹 The bottomless drink option is where it’s at. You start with a base cocktail, then hit the slushie machine and add your mix of fruity flavours, syrups and little extras. It’s DIY cocktail hour in the most fun way.

🧀 We shared the charcuterie board ($32) — Midnight Moon gouda, prosciutto, spicy Spanish salami, cornichons, quince paste, baguette and crisps. It was fresh, well balanced and great for grazing between slurpees.

✨ Keen to go back for their themed brunch events or to try more of the cocktail menu when it’s not bottomless.

🙌🏼 Untied is rooftop bliss. Slurpees for adults, salty snacks and summer energy all year round. A Barangaroo must if you’re after something playful and different.
