Girl’s night out at the Star, we made a last minute booking and Black was one of the only restaurants available, fine, always wanted to try it. The food was beautiful, amazing tastes, textures and flavours but the service was SHOCKING! We bought a bottle of wine for the table and had to ask 3 times to get top ups…3 times!! The initial welcome to the restaurant by our waiter was awkward and uncomfortable and it got worst from there. "Has anyone been here before?” No……silence……Service is super important to me, and even though the food was amazing, i would not recommend it to my friends or go back, because of that terrible service. Us girls spent alot of money and didn’t feel appreciated at all, so sad! We also told them it was a farewell dinner we were celebrating and nothing was mentioned. I really wish i had a better experience
