Gallon

🔎 As soon as I arrived at Gallon it felt familiar.

✨ The vibe is super chill; that perfect indoor–outdoor feel where the space opens straight onto the street, so you get fresh air, people-watching and a cosy neighbourhood atmosphere all at once.

🤝 Service was friendly and relaxed, the kind where you can settle in without feeling rushed.

🍹 Great spot for an easy drink too whether it’s wine, cocktails, whatever you’re in the mood for.

🍕 We ordered the Peking Duck Pizza and Margherita Pizza. The Peking Duck was the standout: tender duck, sweet–savory sauce, and the perfect amount of crunch. The Margherita was classic done properly with fresh basil and good melty cheese on a light base.

📌 Next time I’m keen to try a couple of share plates and a cocktail while soaking up that street-side buzz.

💛 Overall, Gallon is such a laid-back Pyrmont gem. Great pizzas, cosy vibes, and the perfect indoor–outdoor energy.
