The royal blue throughout the restaurant makes it so iconic. Mediterranean vibes throughout the whole place sets the scene.

I was invited to the opening weekend to check out the new Holey Moley location at Strathfield Bakehouse quarter.

The Guest of Honour was Chef Govind Armstrong - also of Top Chef and Iron Chef fame.

Linguine al Cartoccio - fresh W.A. scampi and fresh local mixed seafood baked in a parcel | $39.9 - this was a complete standout and I wish I had it more than once, it was truly unbelievable.

Burwood Hotel is such a vibe!! I initially found it when I was searching for places to eat before a movie and saw they had cheeseburger spring rolls and were SOLD!

It looks like a beach kiosk turned into a cafe, right next to a huge playground with a flying fox so perfect for families.

I’ve been to Rick Stein at Mollymook but this was my first time to the Port Stephens location.
