📍 Ok listen. I had the Lick Your Focaccia sandwich from Salumerie in Potts Point and I need to talk about it because OH. MY. GOD.

👅 This is not just a sandwich. This is a moment. A movement. A limited edition collaboration between the sandwich gods at Salumerie and the marketing queens at LickYourPhone and honey, they understood the assignment.

🍑 The sandwich was burrata, prosciutto, rocket, hot honey and caramelised peaches on a fresh fluffy focaccia base. Like… what in the sweet salty dreamy sandwich sorcery is THIS? Burrata and peaches should honestly win best supporting couple. Add that salty prosciutto, peppery rocket, and a drizzle of hot honey to bring it all together and you’ve got a sandwich that makes you question everything you thought you knew about food.

🔥 The focaccia was fluffy. Golden. A little crisp around the edges.
